About the Role
Job Overview
The AI Administrator will support the ongoing performance, monitoring, and improvement of AI-powered tools across Service, Support, and Supervision product areas. This role works closely with Product Managers, Technology teams, and Business Subject Matter Experts to ensure the success of AI-driven user experiences.
Training will be provided to help the AI Administrator build deeper expertise in AI technologies, including generative AI and large language models.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers to support improvements across the Product Management lifecycle
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including project planning, sprint planning, demos, and release cycles (including evening/weekend releases as needed)
Monitor and report on AI tool performance, identifying issues and improvement opportunities
Assist with troubleshooting and basic tuning of AI-powered experiences
Help document business requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements
Stay current with trends in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
Work cross-functionally with product, technology, and business teams to optimize AI performance within SaaS products

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the investment industry
(Banking, insurance, or other financial services experience will also be considered)
1+ year of experience in data analysis and/or UX research
Basic understanding of:
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI used in search and chatbot experiences
- AI models such as GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, and Claude
- AI performance metrics such as response relevance, engagement, and user satisfaction
Ability to review and interpret complex financial and investment content to assess AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team environment
Proven ability to work across functional teams without direct authority
Adaptability in dynamic work environments
Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an Agile environment
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Aha, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
SIE, Series 7, or similar FINRA licenses (nice to have)
Certifications or formal training in AI, Machine Learning, or NLP
