Mandatory Qualifications (MQs)

Bachelor s Degree
Master's Degree
6+ Years as a Business Analyst
Four (4) or more years of experience in analyzing legislative mandates and documenting the impact of these changes on the requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform independent validation of business processes and requirements
Review PAL deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and traceability
Validate alignment between business goals, mid-level requirements, and solution requirements
Assess BPR and JAD outputs and their translation into system requirements
Support QA reviews of RFPs, SOWs, and solicitation artifacts
Evaluate data synchronization requirements, designs, and test results
Document findings, risks, and actionable recommendations
Support readiness assessments and compliance with DOJ and CDT standards
