Role : Sr. Project Manager

Location : Remote California

Mandatory Qualifications (MQs)

Bachelor s Degree
Master s Degree
PMP Certification
8+ years of PM experience
Five (5) or more years of experience providing diverse technical and management services to government agencies (preferably California state Agencies).

Key Responsibilities

Provide independent IV&V and QA oversight across PAL Stage 3 and Stage 4 activities
Develop and manage IV&V work plans, schedules, and deliverables
Monitor project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies
Evaluate project management practices against PMBOK, PMI, and State standards
Identify, document, and escalate risks with mitigation recommendations
Support governance reviews, readiness reviews, and executive reporting
Coordinate with DOJ leadership and stakeholders while maintaining independence

Produce monthly status reports and formal assessment deliverables
