Location: Vienna, VA (On-site)

Syneren Technologies is hiring a full-time Salesforce Architect
Responsibilities:
A minimum of six (6) years of experience, with at least four (4) year s supporting complex Salesforce projects and programs, preferably on technical solutions development projects and Salesforce programs, plus:
Working Conditions:
Standard office environment
May require extended hours during deadlines
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs

Overview:
Syneren Technologies is hiring a full-time Salesforce Architect
Responsibilities:
A minimum of six (6) years of experience, with at least four (4) year s supporting complex Salesforce projects and programs, preferably on technical solutions development projects and Salesforce programs, plus:
- Active CBP BI clearance is required.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, including data access controls and permissions.
- Experience with full lifecycle Agile program management in Salesforce
- Experience delivering solutions to production and/or migrating legacy applications to new modern platforms including Salesforce.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment.
- Ability to design efficient and scalable data models within Salesforce.
- Proficiency in integration patterns and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Experience effectively communicating with senior levels of a customer organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and design effective solutions.
- Familiarity with release management, source control, and deployment technologies for efficient software delivery.
- A Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification from a recognized credentialing agency is preferred.
