Job Title: Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with Data Cloud
Job Location: Bloomington, IL

Type Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud 
They should also have knowledge of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Pardot and Intelligence too 
This role involves designing and implementing complex solutions leading technical discussions and mentoring junior developers

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user storiesyh
• Detail technical and functional documentation BRD HLD LLD Runbook etc
• Provide consultative solutions to implement B2C B2B Marketing and Data Cloud solutions
• Design and configure of administrative setup in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platform
• Integrate Marketing and Data Cloud with internal and external systems and handle data indigestion
• Design and implement required data models in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
• Configuring Email SMS Cloud Pages Automation Journeys in Marketing Cloud as required
• Configuration of Data Cloud components like Data Stream DLO DMO CI SI Identity Resolution Activations etc
• Assist planning and coordination to keep the project on track
• Develop proposed solutions for clients by articulating approach and strategy as it directly relates to meeting project and business objectives
• Provide futurelooking solutions and recommendations based on forthcoming Marketing Cloud
• Identify and communicate internal and project process improvement opportunities
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver highquality services
• Expertise executing and leading a development project
• Ability to gather and prioritize requirements and adapt to shifting priorities
• Ability to lead clients facing meetings including working sessions demos and requirements gathering
• Understanding of Agile methodologies especially prioritization and management of flexible scope
• Participate in Agile ceremonies estimation and retrospectives
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate with business analysts architects and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Improvement to and maintenance of Digital Marketing Center of Excellence processes and templates and participates

Primary Skills
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience of Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud solution implementation
• 8 – 12 years’ experience as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect Consultant
• 2 - 4 years’ experience as Data Cloud Architect Consultant
• Ability to lead a complex project with Marketing Cloud Engagement Data Cloud technical stake
• In depth knowledge about Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud OOTB data model and data management process
• Provide consultative solutions to implement solutions in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud email SMS social web advertising analytics etc and Data Cloud
• In depth architectural knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
• Detailed understanding of relational database concepts and data model design
• Experience in Data Cloud existing and upcoming system integration capabilities
• Detailed knowledge on Data Cloud features like DMO DLO CI SI Identity Resolution Activations etc
• Experience in Data modelling Data warehouses ETL Data Integration Business Intelligence Dashboards Reports
• Experience with working in a technical environment knowledge in SQL Scripting languages and REST APIs
• Capability of analysing data and retrieving insights for business analysis
• Good understanding of DevOps Release Management Source Control and Deployment concepts and technologies like ANT Data Cloud Metadata API Gitlab and CICD Pipelines
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate with business analysts architects and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions

Secondary Skills
• Should also have knowledge of B2B Marketing Campaigns Marketing Consent Management Marketing Analytics RDBMS SQL Data Modeling Data Lake API Salesforce Connectors too
• Expertise in integration technologies and deployment tools GIT Flosum Gearset Azure DevOps
• Experience in analytics dashboard design and configuration
• Prior to exposure to insurance domain projects

Certifications Preferred
