DescriptionWe are seeking a Network & Systems Administrator to join our healthcare IT team. This role is responsible for managing and expanding our hospital network infrastructure, supporting virtual server environments, and ensuring secure connectivity across multiple locations. You will work closely with vendors, manage telephony systems, and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize network infrastructure for the main campus and remote offices.
Deploy and configure Cisco routing, switching, and access points.
Spin up and manage Windows virtual servers using VMware; oversee backup solutions (ExaGrid).
Administer Cisco Unified Call Manager and coordinate with CDW for contract support.
Collaborate with CereCore for firewall configuration and security compliance.
Provide remote access solutions for servers and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Interface with vendors for system integration and support.
Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks) for emergency support.

Join a 5-person IT team supporting:
600 computers
80 servers
100 printers/copiers
Infrastructure spans a main campus and multiple remote offices (with expansion planned).

Disaster Recovery Planning: Experience with DR strategies and tools.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $48.00/hr.
