Job DescriptionAs a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. You will use your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Continuously improve code quality through code reviews and testing. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
**Please note that this is a hybrid role in the Dallas, TX area and will require you to be onsite 2-3 days/week**
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on work experience in Java
- 5 years of hands-on work experience in Microservices and Spring Boot
- HS Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington.
