Summary
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design for complex digital products.
- 12+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally including healthcare or medtech domain experience.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Deep understanding of iOS/Android design principles, responsive SaaS design, and user-centered methodologies.
- Strong prototyping, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience leading design teams or mentoring junior designers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
