Job Description:
Statement of Work:
Cloud infrastructure automation, DevOps pipeline engineering, container orchestration, monitoring, and operational support for Visa Inc. s high-volume payments platforms. This role focuses on improving
CI/CD processes, automating deployments, enhancing production reliability, and supporting secure
cloud-native workloads.
Task Description:
A Cloud/DevOps Engineer is needed to design CI/CD pipelines, manage and optimize Kubernetes
clusters, implement Infrastructure-as-Code templates, support cloud deployments, troubleshoot
production issues, improve observability, enforce security standards, and collaborate with development
and security teams for large-scale payment systems.
Required Skills / Level of Experience:
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
6 10 years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).
Proficiency in CI/CD using Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab.
Strong experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC.
Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash/Python).
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
Experience supporting high-availability, large-scale production environments.
Nice to Have Skills:
Helm charts, ingress, and Kubernetes networking.
Experience with microservices, API gateways, Kafka, Redis.
Understanding of PCI/SOX compliance.
Knowledge of Ansible or other automation tools.
Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate, CKA or CKAD
