Summary
- Collect requirements for the new application and prioritize the work into the backlog.
- Extract rules from existing systems that need to be implemented in the new application.
- Support User Acceptance testing with the Business team.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Life & Annuities products.
- Translate business requirements into Pega functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Pega Architects and Developers to design and implement Pega solutions.
- Support end-to-end Pega application development using Pega BPM, Case Management, and Decisioning.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process optimization.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum).
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal business rules.
