Summary
Job Summary:
The HRIS and Workforce Planning Analyst is a strategic analyst that will support our Human Resources function through the effective management of our HR systems and the development of data-driven workforce strategies. This dual role is key to optimizing our HR data and enabling proactive workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
HRIS Management Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and optimize HRIS through data management
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all HR systems and platforms
- Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and coordinate with IT for resolution
- Design and generate routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders
- Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, including testing and training
- Provide support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices
Workforce Planning and Analytics:
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across headcount, turnover, capacity, and talent pipelines -all departments
- Analysis on time spend and trends POT, Sick Leave as well as retirement trends by department
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop short and long-term workforce planning models
- Support organizational planning initiatives such as restructuring, succession planning, and talent forecasting
- Build and maintain predictive models to inform staffing and organizational design decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and senior management
- Contribute to strategic planning processes by providing insights into workforce capabilities and constraints
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master s preferred)
- 3 5 years of experience in HRIS administration and/or workforce planning analytics
- Strong experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR metrics, KPIs, and data storytelling
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages
- Experience in change management or organizational development
- Certification in HRIS platforms or workforce planning (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
- Experience reporting with legacy HRIS
