NO 3RD PARTIES - Permanent position (this is NOT a contract role)
The Planet Group is currently seeking a fulltime permanent Workday SCM/FINS Integration Analyst
100% Remote
The focus is FINS integration preferably with SCM integrations, that has experience working with supply charges, supply changes, and GHX charges.
Responsibilities/Scope:
- Develop and maintain Workday FINS & SCM integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs).
- Build and support Workday security roles, business processes, and functional configurations.
- Create dashboards, reports, and calculated fields in Workday.
- Manage enhancement requests, system changes, and release updates.
- Troubleshoot Workday issues and partner with Supply Chain and Finance teams.
- Support data loads, audits, and data quality initiatives.
- Coordinate and test changes as part of Workday releases and projects.
- Provide Workday user support, training, and documentation.
- Serve as liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- This person may also be asked to help out with HCM integrations, functional Workday tasks, UKG, Boomi, Security, or other system areas; however, their main responsibility is FINS/SCM integrations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Looking for experience with supply charges, supply changes, and GHX charges
- Five (5) years of technical experience in Workday products, specifically in Supply Chain or Finance
- Five (5) years experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions and middleware solutions
- Three (3) or more years of experience with API design and API management/API gateways
- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, RESTful services, SOAP, code management, and testing methodologies
- Proven understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise systems
- Possesses an objective and positive attitude with all tasks and projects
- Possesses a high level of project and deliverable consistency through demonstrated repeatable and reliable performance
Nice to have:
- Master s degree in computer science or related field
- Prior Healthcare experience for a Medical Center
- Strong professional IT background with a deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, data, and integrations
- Workday FIN or Supply Chain Certification
- Boomi Certifications (Boomi Professional API Design, Boomi Professional API Management, Boomi Associate Master Data Hub, Boomi Associate EDI X12, or other)
