JOB TITLE: Software Dev Engineer II
DURATION: 6 MONTHS
LOCATION: ONSITE IN SEATTLE, WA
PAY RATE: $45-$55 HOURLY
Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong technical, research, and analytical skills, along with a proven ability to deliver results quickly and effectively. You will work closely with a team of exceptional developers and partner with our systems engineering teams. We're looking for someone who innovates, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll work hard, have fun, and of course, make history.
Required:
1+ years of experience contributing to the system design or architecture (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
Preferred:
Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers at scale
Knowledge of software engineering practices & patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and livesite operations
Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch
Experience in communicating with end users, technical & business teams and management to collect requirements, describe product features and technical designs
