Job Summary: The Azure OT Architect with LoRaWAN will play a critical role in designing scalable, secure, and intelligent edge-to-cloud architectures that bridge industrial Operational Technology (OT) systems with modern cloud platforms. This role involves architecting LoRaWAN sensor networks, implementing Azure OT PaaS services, defining time-series data models, and leading technical integration across complex industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: Architect and deliver end-to-end OT solutions integrating edge gateways, sensors, and cloud platforms Design and implement LoRaWAN-based sensor networks for industrial telemetry and control Lead development of Azure OT PaaS solutions (IoT Hub, Time Series Insights, Digital Twins, Data Explorer) Define data models and ingestion pipelines for time-series sensor data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OT systems with enterprise IT/cloud environments Establish security and compliance frameworks for OT and edge deployments Provide technical leadership during client workshops, engagements, and solution reviews Required Skills: Proven experience in OT systems architecture and industrial automation Hands-on expertise with Edge Gateways (Azure IoT Edge, Cisco, Siemens) Strong understanding of LoRaWAN protocols and deployment approaches Deep knowledge of Azure OT services (IoT Hub, Time Series Insights, Digital Twins) Experience with time-series databases and sensor analytics Familiarity with industrial protocols: Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing Experience with data integration, data warehousing, and big data technologies Experience with IoT solutions and edge computing Preferred Skills: Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks Azure certifications (Azure IoT Developer, Solutions Architect) Experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, or smart infrastructure domains Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Azure certifications
