Maximo Delivery Project Executive (Hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a Maximo Delivery Project Executive (DPE) to support an enterprise client. Bentonville, AR is preferred, but for the right candidate, remote could be considered. Onsite visits may apply.

Delivery:
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale Maximo projects, upgrades, and cloud migrations (e.g., Maximo Application Suite - MAS 8.x)
* Provide governance, strategic planning, and executive-level oversight across all workstreams

Client & Stakeholder Management:
* Serve as the senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring strong partnership and stakeholder alignment
* Translate complex technical concepts into business language for C-suite and operational leaders
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on value realization and continuous improvement

Financial & Contract Management:
* Own the project P&L, including forecasting, margin management, and budget adherence
* Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and commercial frameworks
* Identify and drive new opportunities for account expansion, optimization services, or follow-on projects

Delivery Quality & Risk Management:
* Establish and enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and governance practices
* Identify project risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies at the organizational level
* Ensure compliance with PMO frameworks, audit standards, and industry best practices

Dual-Role Functions:
* Serve simultaneously as Technical Account Manager (TAM) and Project Manager (PM), responsible for long-term strategic alignment and daily operational execution
* Provide guidance across multiple client engagements, ensuring cohesive technical direction and delivery consistency

Strategic Advisory & Expertise:
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Company Maximo Application Suite, offering proactive guidance, best practices, and strategic recommendations

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
* Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar programs with global or distributed teams
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, hybrid delivery)
* Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to navigate high-pressure delivery environments and complex client organizations

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, SAFe, or ITIL certifications
* Experience working within asset-intensive sectors such as utilities, oil & gas, government, transportation, or manufacturing
* Prior experience at a consulting firm or systems integrator
* Familiarity with integrations (ESB, ERP, SCADA, GIS), cloud deployment models, and mobile solutions related to Maximo

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
