SAP FSM Consultant – Utilities

Position: Field Service Scheduling & Dispatch (FSM) SME – Utilities

Location: Willing to relocate 

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Management (FSM) SME with strong expertise in utilities to support a Greenfield ISU CIS implementation on RISE with SAP. The SME will act as the SAP lead, working closely with the SI partner and the customer team to design, configure, and implement FSM processes, scheduling, and dispatch functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the SAP lead for FSM, guiding design and configuration activities.
• Collaborate with system integrators (SI) and customer teams during a Greenfield ISU CIS implementation.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Field Service Scheduling & Dispatch for utilities.
• Contribute to solution design workshops, process mapping, and functional specifications.
• Support RISE with SAP implementation methodology, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Advise on workforce management, scheduling optimization, and dispatch processes.
• Assist with testing, validation, and go-live support as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with SAP FSM (Field Service Management) / Scheduling & Dispatch in utilities.
• Proven experience in Greenfield ISU CIS implementations.
• Experience serving as SAP lead alongside SI and customer teams.
• Knowledge of utilities industry processes including work order management, scheduling, and dispatch.
• Familiarity with RISE with SAP design and implementation methodology.
• Strong functional design, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with large-scale SAP utility implementations.
• Exposure to workforce optimization tools and mobile workforce enablement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
