Technical Expertise
Proven experience with Palantir Foundry architecture and development.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Foundry-specific frameworks.
Experience
15+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Soft Skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data governance frameworks and security best practices.
Familiarity with machine learning workflows and data science integration in Foundry.
Certifications in Palantir Foundry or related technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Data Architecture & Solution Design
Architect scalable data platforms in Palantir Foundry to support grid operations, outage management, asset health monitoring, and energy forecasting.
Design workflows and pipelines for real-time and batch data ingestion from SCADA, AMI, GIS, and ERP systems.
Ensure compliance with NERC, FERC, and state regulatory standards.
2. Integration & Development
Integrate diverse data sources (structured, semi-structured, unstructured) into Foundry.
Develop custom applications and workflows using Foundry APIs and frameworks.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices for data integration and transformation.
3. Governance & Compliance
Establish data governance standards, access controls, and compliance frameworks.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, NERC, FERC).
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with business analysts, data scientists, and operations teams to translate requirements into Foundry-based solutions.
Mentor and guide junior data engineers and team members.
5. Performance Optimization
Design and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
