Job Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, customize, and integrate CRM solutions. The role involves building technical components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and SQL, working with business teams to translate requirements, and supporting ongoing enhancements within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Customize and extend D365 CRM (plugins, workflows, forms, entities, web resources)

• Integrate D365 with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, SSIS, or Scribe

• Gather requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions

• Troubleshoot defects and support CRM upgrades, security, and performance

• Perform unit testing and contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprints

Required Skills

• Strong experience in D365 CRM configuration & customization (Sales/Service modules)

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, CRM SDK, XRM Framework

• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Agile, SDLC, DevOps

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

• Education: Bachelor s in Computer Science or related field preferred
