Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or GIS with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
Will consider candidates with 10+ years of related experience without a four-year college degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with ESRI's Utility Network
- Experience utilizing ESRI's Operations Dashboard and Experience Builder
- Proficiency in some of the below technical skills:
- C#, .NET; Python, JavaScript, API's, SQL Server; Oracle
- ArcGIS Enterprise; ArcGIS Pro; ArcGIS Desktop; ArcFM Suite of tools ArcFM Designer; ArcSDE; ArcGIS Engine; ArcGIS Online
- Microsoft Office; Visual Studio, Visio
- Subversion; Web Services (REST/SOAP); XML; AJAX; IIS; HTML; CSS; Backbone.js; Marionette.js; jQuery; ASP.NET Web API; NHibernate; Fluent NHibernate; Objective-C; Qt; QML; JQuery
- Use of some or all of the following preferred : Esri APIs: ArcFM, ArcGIS Api for JavaScript, ArcGIS REST API, ArcGIS Runtime SDK, ArcGIS Pro SDK, ArcGIS Server SDK, ArcObjects SDK for .NET
- Understanding of GIS concepts: Datum and Projection concepts, X/Y vs Lat/Long usage and translation, Symbology, Annotation, Dimensions
