Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Projects & Contracts Business Analyst to support enterprise implementations in manufacturing and project-driven environments. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Projects, Contracts, Costing, and Billing, along with proven business analysis and implementation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS Projects & Contracts (R12)

• Support Discrete Manufacturing and project-based business processes

• Configure Oracle Projects and Contracts; government or regulated customer experience preferred

• Gather and document business requirements; perform gap analysis and solution design

• Configure and support integrations with Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules

• Lead system testing, integration testing, and UAT

• Develop functional design documents, test plans, and training materials

• Act as functional SME and provide post-go-live support

• Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7+ years as an Oracle EBS Projects & Contracts Business Analyst

• Oracle EBS R12 hands-on experience (Projects, Project Costing, Billing, Contracts)

• Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations

• Strong experience in manufacturing environments (Discrete Manufacturing preferred)

• Oracle EBS configuration, customization, and integration experience

• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

• SQL query proficiency preferred

• Oracle certifications a plus

• Experience with Agile or structured implementation methodologies a plus

• Ability to travel as required
