Title: Site Reliability Engineer - Production Support

Location: Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC / Pennington, NJ (3 days Onsite Hybrid)

Mandatory Skill: Experience in Generative AI, Production Support, Python

Overview:

• We are looking for candidate with minimum 12 yrs of experience as Site Reliability Engineer SRE with deep expertise in Reliability Engineering prior Production Support experience and a strong interest or hands on experience in Generative AI (GenAI). This role will leverage a modern tech stack React Python MongoDB and Elasticsearch to build tools dashboards and automation that enhance reliability and operational intelligence.
• You will work closely with Production Support Reliability Engineers REs ensuring a consistent feedback loop to learn from all production interactions and improve system resilience

Key Responsibilities

• Reliability Engineering Production Support
• Design and implement systems for high availability scalability and performance
• Collaborate with REDI enabled Production Support REs to analyse operational data and identify systemic issues
• Drive continuous improvement through blameless postmortems and actionable insights
• GenAI Integration
• Use Generative AI to accelerate incident triage RCA generation and predictive reliability
• Implement AI driven automation for operational workflows ensuring safety and compliance

Tech Stack Support

• React - Build intuitive dashboards for reliability metrics insights and incident trends
• Python - Develop Support Maintain automation scripts APIs and GenAI integration pipelines
• MongoDB - Support Maintain design schemas for incident data runbooks and knowledge graphs
• Elasticsearch - Implement advanced search and observability solutions for logs and RCA repositories
• Continuous Learning Feedback Loop
• Establish mechanisms to capture learnings from all production interactions
• Create dashboards and reports to share insights across engineering and support teams

Required Qualifications

Core Skills

• Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles
• Strong background in Production Support for largescale systems
• Familiarity with reliability enablement frameworks

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in React for frontend dashboards
• Strong Python development skills for automation and backend services
• Experience with MongoDB for NoSQL data modeling and performance tuning
• Handson with Elasticsearch for search and observability use cases

GenAI

• Demonstrated interest or experience in Generative AI technologies
• Ability to integrate AI models into operational workflows

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across engineering and support teams
