Summary

This person will need to be available on an on-call basis to support our newly implemented solutions for activities such as:

Troubleshooting Azure Pipeline failures
SQL stored procedure analysis, fixes, and enhancements
Building new ETL pipelines and stored procedures

Additionally:

It s critical that this resource can provide time-sensitive support during month-end accounting close activities when issues arise. 8 to 10 hours a month depending on issues.
This resource will need to work independently and provide expert-level support without requiring close supervision.
Eventually, we ll want this person to share his/her knowledge with our in-house development team so they can assist with support as well.
