Sr. SQL Server Database Administrator

Looking for an experienced Senior SQL Server Database Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a local, hybrid role with in-person interviews only.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months | Contract

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end SQL Server DBA activities (installation, upgrades, patching, security)
Backup, recovery, HA/DR, capacity planning & performance tuning
Support Prod/Test/Dev environments and SharePoint farm databases
Configure & manage Always On Availability Groups
Database migrations, schema changes, automation & batch scripting
Implement security, authentication & governance best practices
Work with Cohesity Backup Appliance and cloud technologies

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years hands-on SQL Server DBA experience
Strong expertise in Performance Tuning & T-SQL
SQL Server clustering & high availability environments
4+ years experience with Always On, migrations & communication skills
Proven experience in database capacity planning & documentation
Bachelor's degree + 7 years relevant IT experience
