Job Title: Salesforce IT Project Manager
Location: Hybrid - Providence, RI
Duration: 12+ Months
Responsibilities
Lead the full Salesforce project lifecycle, including scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and manage expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, administrators, consultants, and business analysts.
Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to manage project execution.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Escalate as needed to maintain delivery timelines.
Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Oversee QA and UAT activities. Support end-user training and adoption efforts.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, technical designs, and user guides.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
3 to 5 years of IT project management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce implementations from start to finish.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and or Waterfall methodologies.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
Understanding of data migration, system integrations, and the software development lifecycle.
Core Skills
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
