Systems Admin/Support Specialist

job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Admin/Support Specialist to lead our ERP implementation and provide ongoing system support. This role is critical to our successful transition and operational continuity.

salary: $40 - 50 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Associates



responsibilities:

• Lead implementation tasks for Infor LN system deployment
• Install and configure Infor LN modules and perform system customizations
• Configure and maintain master data across multiple modules
• Set up new user accounts and manage user access permissions
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration
• Document system configurations and create user training materials

qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor LN or Infor CSA (mandatory)

3-5 years of ERP manufacturing systems administration experience

2-year degree in Computer Science or related field
