Desktop Support Specialist

Description
Our client is looking for a desktop support technician to join their team on a long term contract.
They will be taking escalations from the tier 1 helpdesk team. Outside of the escalations, they will be assisting with onboarding/offboarding. Using active directory.
They will be also working with other teams including the NOC & user administration team.
This person will be on site, but could be asked to travel to their West Bend home office. Majority of issues will be on site white glove support, but some tickets can be resolved remotely, but there will be a hardware support responsibilities also.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.90 - $24.90/hr.
