We are seeking a Data Protection Engineer Expert to lead the engineering, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise data protection technologies. In this role, you will independently manage solutions across encryption, secure data transmission, PKI, key and certificate management, tokenization, data discovery, and related cryptographic services.
You will play a hands-on technical leadership role- building, configuring, and troubleshooting complex data protection systems, performing root cause analysis, delivering performance improvements, and maintaining high-quality engineering documentation. This position also contributes to technology evaluation, governance, metrics reporting, and Agile-driven project work.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cryptography, PKI, secure network protocols, and data protection tools (e.g., Venafi, ADCS, HashiCorp, Keyfactor), along with strong IT infrastructure knowledge and advanced troubleshooting skills. Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.), secure transmission (SSL/TLS, X.509), and cybersecurity disciplines such as DLP, IAM, threat management, and vulnerability management is highly valued.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
