Job Details:

Location: Remote Travel: 25–50% to Parsippany, NJ HQ or other designated sites Duration: 12 months Pay Rate: $55/hr W2 with no benefits

We are seeking a Senior OCM Lead with direct Maintenance/EAM experience for a large SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role requires hands-on experience leading change for a maintenance system; IBM Maximo is strongly preferred, though similar tools (Hexagon, Infor, Oracle, IFS, or SAP PM/EAM) are acceptable.

Requirements:

- Direct ownership of OCM strategy (not limited to training).

- Maintenance domain experience (work orders, asset management, frontline users).

- Experience driving adoption with operational and non-desk users.

- Strong stakeholder analysis, change impact, communications, and sustainment experience.
