Job DetailsQualifications (Needed):
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in food processing equipment or related industry
- Strong phone, communication, and professional etiquette skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
- Ability to travel frequently and work weekends as required
- Proven ability to manage territory sales, maintain customer relationships, and provide technical solutions
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, the individual will manage and grow sales across a multi-state territory, providing technical expertise and solutions for poultry and food processing operations. They will cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients, assess their operational needs, and recommend appropriate equipment, installation services, and parts. The position involves overseeing projects from initial quotation through final installation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes preparing reports, tracking sales activities, and supporting team members as needed, combining technical knowledge with strategic account management to drive business growth.
