Summary

Must Have Skills:

Translating use cases into functional requirements for audience segmentation and personalization.
Supporting UAT, QA, and validation of journeys to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Defining data mapping requirements to ensure accurate integration of source systems into CJA.
Documenting system workflows, data dependencies, and integration points across AEP.
Delivering training sessions on journey creation, personalization, and omni-channel orchestration.
Building enablement materials (playbooks, guides, walkthroughs, and best practices) for marketers.
Simplifying technical concepts (events, audiences, triggers) into clear business-ready instructions.
Must HAVE Adobe AEP, CJA and AJO experience
