Rhapsody Technical Lead – HL7, ELR, eCR, Public Health Integration

We are seeking a Rhapsody Technical Lead with strong experience in HL7 integration, Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR), and Electronic Case Reporting (eCR) to support a large State public health program.

This is a senior-level role responsible for leading integration design, development, and production operations for public health data exchange platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rhapsody interface development and operations

• Design and implement HL7 ELR and eCR interfaces

• Support public health data pipelines

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize interfaces

• Support onboarding of data submitters

• Maintain integration documentation

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring

Required Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Rhapsody development

• 2+ years of ELR and/or eCR implementation or support

• Strong HL7 v2.x experience

• Public health or healthcare integration background

Preferred

• Experience with State or public health agencies

• HIE integration experience

• Bachelor’s degree
