We are seeking a Software Developer to join our collaborative, agile Software Factory team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of .NET development projects that support multiple domains and project sizes. You'll work closely with a small, agile team (2-8 members depending on project assignment) and contribute to designing, building, and testing quality software.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in a programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with database management and API development
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Prior experience working in Agile development environments
Work Environment & Team:
Collaborative, agile team environment
Onsite 2-3 days per week in Mechanicsburg, PA
Team size varies from 2 to 8 members, depending on project
Daily team-level Scrum meetings, task execution, and periodic planning/review sessions
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software applications to support project and business needs
Collaborate with team members in design, development, and testing activities
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Gain and apply domain knowledge to contribute effectively to larger projects
Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
