- Deep experience in managing technology environment stability and availability, ensuring high uptime and reliability
- Experience with ITIL practices for incident management and service delivery
- Proficiency in system support principles, focusing on process automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Experience in software development methodologies, including delivery projects and implementations
- Expertise in search and analytics engines like Splunk and Datadog for log analysis and insights
- Skills in workflow design, data analysis, and requirements identification/specification to optimize processes
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
qualifications:
Competence in programming languages such as JavaScript, NodeJS, or Java for development and integration
Experience with production support systems like ServiceNow, UDeploy, and Jenkins
