Senior Functional Consultant Project Operations (Integrated ERP) 12+ Month Contract
Irving, TX (Prefer local w/ hybrid, but open for out-of-town w/ paid travel)

We are seeking a senior-level Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant with deep experience in Integrated ERP implementations. The ideal consultant must have strong hands-on expertise with D365 Project Operations or PSA, F&O integration, and end-to-end project lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design and configuration of D365 Project Operations Integrated ERP or Project Ops Lite (with PMA knowledge).
Work across Dataverse/CE and F&O PMA modules.
Configure project quotations, contracts, WBS, tasks, and project invoicing (T&M, FP, POC).
Manage and validate dual-write integrations for project entities.
Handle project accounting: cost accounting, WIP, revenue recognition, GL financial dimensions.
Lead data migration: project master data, WIP balances, historical data, open transactions, validation & DMF processing.
Support testing, troubleshooting, integrations, Business Events Catalog, and end-to-end project flows.

Required Experience

3-4 years in Dynamics 365 Project Operations / PSA functional consulting with F&O integration.
Strong understanding of both CE/Dataverse project processes and F&O PMA.
Proven experience with dual-write, project financials, invoicing models, subcontract orders, and data migration strategies.
Ability to independently research, configure, and deliver solutions with minimal guidance.
Must be able to quickly learn new modules and train users within short timelines.
