Systems Administrator/ Microsoft 365 Administrator

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience in an enterprise environment.

• Strong experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.

• Proven ability to manage daily operational tickets and provide end-user support.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting; Graph API exposure preferred.

• Understanding of hybrid environments with on-prem Active Directory integration.

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 GCC High environments.

• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-400, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, DLP, and retention policies.

• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

• Basic automation and scripting experience (PowerShell, Graph API).
