Role Summary
This is a contract IT support position based at the headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role involves preparing IT equipment for deployment, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving of hardware. The successful candidate will support various IT functions, maintaining hardware readiness and accurate asset tracking.
Responsibilities
- Image computers, including Dell standard devices, Surface devices, ICS devices, and iPads.
- Asset tag and log all equipment into the ServiceNow database.
- Ship IT equipment to remote offices as required.
- Receive incoming IT equipment into the warehouse, verifying and documenting receipt.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of IT hardware, submitting replenishment requests as needed.
- Reimage and redeploy returned or defective equipment and computers.
- Arrange pickup and recycling of obsolete or defective equipment with recycling partners.
- Assist other teams, such as desktop/field technicians and IT inventory analysts, during periods of low workload.
- Coordinate with logistics and IT teams for efficient hardware deployment and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with asset management and IT security protocols during all hardware handling processes.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of computers and iPads.
- A+ certification is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience with IT hardware handling, imaging, or inventory management is desirable.
- Ability to lift and handle IT equipment as needed.
- Availability to work on-site at the Tulsa headquarters.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proof of lawful eligibility to work in the United States
Publishing Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 Hourly
