Job Title: Software Engineer Quadient (CCM)

Location: Omaha, NE / Alpharetta, GA / Frisco, TX / Berkeley Heights, NJ (100% Onsite)

Role Summary:

Seeking a Quadient CCM Developer/Engineer with strong experience in template development, output management, and enterprise print workflows. This role focuses on CCM template creation, automation, integration, and postal/print processing for high-volume communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & configure Quadient Inspire CCM templates

• Manage Output Management using Ricoh Process Director

• Perform template rationalization, data mapping & schema creation

• Build workflows & automation scripts (sorting, inserts, grouping)

• Add post-processing: barcodes, bundling, zip sorting, encryption

• Support bulk/on-demand communications & postal packaging

• Integrate with enterprise systems, printers & data pipelines

• Participate in SDLC: requirements design coding testing support

• Work with Agile teams & stakeholders in finance domain (preferred)

Required Skills:

Quadient Inspire (Designer/Automation/Interactive) 4+ yrs Ricoh Process Director / Output Management 4+ yrs CCM template design, workflow, scripting
Data mapping, schema definitions, field mappings
SDLC experience (Req, Design, Dev, Testing, Support)
Agile project delivery

Nice to Have:

• Financial/Banking domain experience

• Reporting & customer preference features
