We are looking for Communication Specialist who will be responsible for Communication management and strategic planning including developing Newsletter and podcasts Developing and managing training contents. Creation of communication strategies and plans.



ResponsibilitiesSupport the team to deliver impactful and inspiring content with an element of storytelling Training - Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curriculum for various coursesConduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and MS Team, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiencesCommunication management and strategic planning include developing Newsletter and podcasts Global end-user engagement strategiesDevelopment of internal communications for Purchasing and cross-functional counterpartsDevelopment of internal communications for leadershipReview and refinement of content developed by the teamLead and develop scripting and logistics of the Tek Talks podcast. Input to Corporate engagement strategiesInput to external (and public) communication strategiesTracking and metrics



Experience RequiredWe are seeking candidates with practical depth/understanding, or specific examples necessary to validate their claimed expertise in leading podcast logistics, strategically updating training materials, or developing impactful internal communications for our specific environmentWe are seeking applicants with enthusiasm or clear understanding regarding the collaborative nature of work and our preference for in-office presence to develop better team synergyBeyond these technical skills, we are seeking to demonstrate intrinsic motivation, proactiveness, and readiness to "take over the job"Applicants should be enthusiasm or clear understanding regarding the collaborative nature of our work and our preference for in-office presence to develop better team synergyWe seek candidates who can demonstrate not just participation, but leadership in the end-to-end process of podcast creation. This includes clear evidence of managing scripting, coordinating logistics, and ensuring successful delivery of audio content, ideally with examples of how these efforts supported business objectives.We are looking for candidates who possess a strong understanding of how to craft targeted, effective internal communications, particularly within a complex organizational structure involving purchasing functions and various cross-functional teams. Demonstrating the ability to tailor messages, choosing appropriate channels, and achieving specific communication goals is key.We need individuals who can showcase their ability to not only organize and present information clearly but also to strategically update training content to meet evolving needs, improve comprehension, or enhance engagement. Examples of specific projects and the impact of their work on training effectiveness would be highly valued.5 years' experience in relevant fieldHands-on experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Excel



Education RequiredBachelor's Degree
