Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong Amplience CMS experience to lead the design and delivery of scalable, headless content platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Amplience Dynamic Content & Dynamic Media, API-driven integrations, and cloud-native systems while collaborating closely with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of Amplience-based headless CMS solutions
- Define and manage content models, workflows, and API integrations
- Develop custom integrations using JavaScript and Node.js
- Integrate CMS with frontend applications (React, TypeScript)
- Build and consume REST, GraphQL APIs, and webhooks
- Troubleshoot and resolve production CMS issues
- Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and observability
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployments
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical best practices
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Amplience CMS (Dynamic Content & Dynamic Media)
- Expertise in headless CMS architecture
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), Helm
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (AWS/Azure exposure a plus)
- Monitoring tools: Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Cloud SQL, or Spanner
- Experience supporting production systems
- Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (primary), AWS, Azure
- CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, Spinnaker
- IaC: Terraform, Helm
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Agile: Jira, Confluence, Scrum
- Experience leading CMS or digital experience platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
