Salesforce DevOps Engineer  Full-time  Remote 
 
Job Summary 
We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to support a multi-agency public sector Salesforce environment. This role focuses on building and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating testing and deployments, and ensuring platform stability across multiple tenants.
 
 Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines

• Manage Salesforce environments, sandboxes, and version control (Git, branching strategies)

• Automate deployments, rollback processes, and release validation workflows

• Coordinate sandbox refresh schedules and data seeding processes

• Integrate deployment approvals with Salesforce CoE governance (Architecture Review Board)

• Maintain metadata and package management for multi-agency environments

• Support tenant management and data isolation strategies

• Integrate automated unit and regression testing into CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate with QA and Solution Architects on reusable testing frameworks

• Track release metrics (defect rates, success/failure ratios, deployment duration)

• Implement monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Salesforce Shield)

• Provide release readiness checklists, training, and documentation

 
 Mandatory Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on complex projects

• 7+ years of Salesforce DevOps experience

 
Desirable Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Salesforce Metadata API, Change Sets, Scratch Orgs, and Unmanaged Packages

• 2+ years experience with Git, YAML, and pipeline scripting

• 2+ years experience with Salesforce Security, Shield Encryption, and SSO configuration
