Summary

Title : Lead Vehicle Systems Test Engineer (EV Domain) (Senior)

Location : Palo Alto, CA [Onsite Only]

VISA: TN

Note /Important Points for this position :

Need strong understanding of CAN, LIN and automotive Ethernet
Need to have strong understanding vehicle electrical architecture and vehicle features.
Should have experience in triaging and troubleshooting issues across hardware, harness, software for vehicle features.
Should have experience building test benches such using space, vector or speed goat hardware
Be able to develop strong validation plan for vehicle features.
Comfortable and experience with tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, vehicleSpy and Python.
Software feature testing
Understanding of harness

Please avoid folks with only Infotainment or ADAS experience. Many of these folks do not have experience with how things work in the background. They are doing basic testing with touch screen and buttons.

12+ yrs EV/automotive systems validation
ECU, HIL/SIL, bench & lab-car testing
Python automation (pytest/Robot Framework), CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab)
CAN/CAN FD, LIN, UDS/DoIP; CANalyzer/CANoe
Comfortable working with evolving/incomplete requirements
