Overview
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support, enhance and continuously improve a production ServiceNow platform in a hybrid enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role involving development, administration, configuration, integrations and ongoing platform maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, administer, configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Support and enhance core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal and Performance Analytics
- Design and implement solutions: requirements gathering, configuration, integrations, testing and deployment
- Create and modify workflows, business rules, client scripts, reports, dashboards and catalogs
- Partner with users and stakeholders to improve ITSM processes and platform usage
- Create and maintain technical, process and knowledge documentation
- Stay current with new ServiceNow features and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience
- Strong experience across ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Catalog)
- Experience with integrations, workflows, reporting and dashboards
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (business-facing role)
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2 days onsite in Pontiac, MI
