Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Execution Consultant 1 - Contingent to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves providing support in a dynamic environment, including answering calls, responding to emails, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical support, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various platforms and environments. This is a contingent resource assignment with a focus on low complexity initiatives within Business Execution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in a call center environment, answering calls and emails with a focus on customer service and issue resolution.
• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for low-risk tasks and deliverables.
• Exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver information and support to client personnel in Business Execution.

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
• Prior experience in technical support roles (Level 1 or 2) within a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service orientation.
• Broad technical exposure and experience supporting multiple platforms and environments.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a support environment with a focus on issue resolution.

Pay Range: $29 - $31

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
