We are seeking a Business Process Reengineering Specialist to join our team. This role will involve analyzing current-state business processes, designing future-state workflows, and supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process reengineering, training and documentation, Azure DevOps, and cross-functional collaboration, along with a passion for driving operational efficiency and organizational change.

The Business Process Reengineering Specialist is responsible for evaluating, documenting, and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and adoption. As a Business Process Reengineering Specialist, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define as-is and to-be processes, create training materials, and support enterprise initiatives. The Business Process Reengineering Specialist will leverage Azure DevOps to support project tracking and delivery while ensuring alignment across BA, QA, and Development teams. This Business Process Reengineering Specialist role requires excellent communication skills, a strong training background, and hands-on experience driving process transformation. The Business Process Reengineering Specialist will also support in-person collaboration and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current-state (as-is) business processes and document workflows.

Design and document future-state (to-be) processes aligned with business goals.

Lead and support business process reengineering initiatives across teams.

Create clear, structured documentation, training materials, and process guides.

Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer for business and technical users.

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA, and Development teams.

Use Azure DevOps to create and manage epics, features, and work items.

Support project planning, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure process changes are clearly communicated and adopted by end users.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Business Process Reengineering Specialist or in a similar process-focused role.

5+ years of experience analyzing and documenting as-is and to-be processes.
-
5+ years of experience creating business content, documentation, and training materials.
-
5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, including epics and feature creation.
-
5+ years of experience working with BA, QA, and Development team roles and responsibilities.

5+ years of experience in training, teaching, or instructional delivery.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder-facing experience.

Bachelor's degree required.
