Change/QA Analyst

We are looking for a Change/QA Analyst.

Job Description:

Quality Assurance & Test Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test scripts covering core TimeKeep functionality, integrations, and workflows.

• Implement automated testing frameworks and tools aligned with organizational standards.

• Execute automated and manual tests to validate system functionality, performance, and stability.

• Ensure test coverage across configuration changes, enhancements, upgrades, and hospital-specific deployments.

Deployment & Release Support

• Support QA activities for phased rollouts across multiple hospitals and physician groups.

• Participate in release planning, readiness reviews, and go-live support.

• Validate fixes, enhancements, and regression testing prior to production releases.

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with development and vendor teams.

Integration & Data Validation

• Test integrations between TimeKeep and downstream/upstream systems (e.g., payroll, HR, scheduling, reporting).

• Validate data accuracy, security, and role-based access for physician and administrative users.

• Ensure end-to-end workflows function as expected across systems and environments.
