Location: Hybrid Malvern (2-3 days/week on site)
Salary: 125-135K bonus eligible
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Citrix Desktop applications, VDI, Abbie, and application packaging.
- Oversee profile management solutions, including FSLogix and universal profile management.
- Engineer and support Citrix NetScaler (SDX, VPX, MPX) including ADC configuration, project work, and ticket resolution.
- Provision and manage servers, CVAD delivery, and environments running Windows 11, Server 2022/2025.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and implement improvements for performance and stability.
- Utilize scripting tools (PowerShell, VB, Batch) for reporting and automation.
- Provide methodical troubleshooting to resolve issues and eliminate recurring problems.
- Act as a proactive team player, challenging existing solutions to drive meaningful improvements while aligning with agreed decisions.
Required
- 7+ years of Citrix Engineering experience in large-scale environments (1,000+ users).
- Expertise in Citrix Management, VDI, CVAD delivery, and server provisioning.
- Strong experience with NetScaler engineering and administration.
- Familiarity with VMware as a hypervisor platform.
- Proficiency in scripting for automation and reporting (PowerShell, VB, Batch).
- Ability to analyze ongoing trends, troubleshoot deeply, and implement permanent fixes.
