Position OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for a
graduate in Construction Management or a related field who wants to step into a leadership role and gain hands-on experience. As our
Field Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day operations on electrical and light construction projects, coordinate crews, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll work closely with the owner and have a direct impact on the success of each project.
We're looking for someone who can
work well in a blue-collar environment, has

What You'll Do- Supervise and support crews on residential and light commercial electrical/construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and building standards.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate progress to the owner and clients in a professional manner.
- Learn and grow into a leadership role with mentorship from experienced professionals.
What We're Looking For- Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in electrical and construction work.
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans.
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, simple reporting).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a hands-on, blue-collar environment.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
