WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Representative / Developer Support at Concentrix, you will:
- Provide expert support for developer needs and relations using available tools & resources.
- Help developers resolve minor technical issues.
- Maintain and own ongoing contact needs via phone, email, text & video.
- Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative / Developer Support (On-Site) role include:
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED, with preference of college degree work.
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting customers via a combination of phone, email, &/or chat.
- Live within 35 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office.
- You will utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to show those skills.
- Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be a key need in this position and these skills will be reviewed from start to finish throughout your application and hiring process.

- The base salary range for this position is $18.90- $23.63/hr., (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
