Job Description:Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Data Team Lead to oversee our Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) functions, manage the overall cloud data architecture, and lead a team of system engineers focused on acquiring sensitive cyber data feeds.
This role is crucial in ensuring the secure and efficient ingestion of hundreds of data feeds across multiple data fabrics to support our project objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, cybersecurity, and team leadership, with a proven ability to decompose stakeholder data requirements and drive the team to meet project deadlines.
What You'll Be Doing:- Maintain a robust cloud data architecture that supports sensitive data providers across the DoD and IC and rapid, secure data acquisition at scale.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate their data requirements into actionable plans, ensuring that the team is aligned and on schedule. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in cloud technologies, data security protocols, and project management.
- Adept at problem-solving, capable of managing multiple priorities, and committed to fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Possess a strong understanding of big data systems to evaluate and optimize data workflows, ensuring the integrity and security of data throughout the ingestion process. Experience with data governance, compliance standards, and cybersecurity best practices is essential. The ability to mentor and guide team members, coupled with a strategic vision for data management, will be key to driving the success of our data initiatives and supporting the overall goals of the project.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:- Must have a bachelor's degree, a minimum of ten years of experience with big data cloud systems, data governance, and experience leading data efforts
- Active TS/SCI w/Poly
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:- Experience with NC3 mission space
- AWS Cloud certifications
Security Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $128,700.00 - $231,700.00
