Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role partners closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and external vendors to help translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements.
This is a hands-on, mid-level role ideal for someone who is comfortable working alongside UX teams, understands digital user flows, and can manage detailed requirements in an agile environment.

Compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the role's scope, complexity, and location; market labor costs; the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience; and other employment conditions. Full-time consultants are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions, along with any PTO, sick leave, or other benefits required by applicable state or local laws where you reside or work.

What You'll Do
- Write and manage user stories and acceptance criteria for web and mobile features
- Partner closely with UX to ensure designs, flows, and prototypes are accurately reflected in requirements
- Support customer-facing digital experiences across .com and mobile apps
- Manage and groom backlogs to prepare stories for upcoming sprints
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA to clarify scope, dependencies, and edge cases
- Work with third-party vendors and external partners, accounting for differences in implementations
- Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
- Track details such as interaction flows, image placement, and functional intent
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
- Experience supporting digital products (.com and/or mobile apps)
- Strong collaboration experience with UX and product teams
- Ability to translate designs and flows into clear requirements
- Comfortable reviewing or creating light mockups in Figma or PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can manage multiple moving parts
Nice to Have
- Experience working with vendors or partner integrations
- Background in e-commerce, booking, or highly visual digital products
- Familiarity with agile tools such as JIRA or ADO
Work Details
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday
- Travel: No travel required
- Interview: 1 round video interview
- Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no H-1B, no C2C)
- Duration: 1 year + highly likely extension
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) after 60 days, plus applicable PTO and sick leave per state/local law
- Pay Range: $55-$60 per hour (W2)
